MMH New Homes is a family run property development business that has evolved from a background in renovating and converting period properties in London to building new homes in the south east of England.  We are passionate about building homes that we can be proud of and you will not be asked to pay extra for plug sockets in your kitchen, taps in your bathroom or grass in your garden.  Regardless of budget we always aim to use the best possible tradesmen and materials and pay attention to every detail so you can enjoy living in your new home without worry.

All our new homes come with a 10 year building warranty and 2 year defects warranty.  We have long standing relationships with all our tradesmen, so in the unlikely event there is a problem, they are on hand to fix it for you.
